6oz Skim milk
1/2 Banana
1/4 cup Low-fat Cottage cheese
1tbsp reduced-fat natural peanut butter
1 scoop whey protein isolate powder
Honey (to taste, if needed)
Ice cubes

Blend everything together and enjoy!

Cottage Cheese: is a casein based protein which is slow to digest and will keep you feeling full for longer:)

Peanut Butter: contains slow digesting healthy fats which also helps to keep you feeling full for longer:)
