Pay As You Go Training!

Forget having to purchase personal training packages! With pay as you go training, you pay for the sessions as you use them.

If you haven’t had a personal trainer before, you might have no idea what to expect. You might have a lot of questions like: How often should I workout? When should I do cardio? Can you do anything about these love handles?

Before we begin training, we will meet for a free consultation. This will give us a chance to get to know each other and to discuss your goals. You can ask any questions that you may have and there is no pressure to purchase anything. If you decide that you would like to proceed (and I think you will), we will work together and come up with a program that delivers results, but still works within your budget and schedule. You’ll feel more comfortable making this purchase because you’ll know exactly what to expect!

Once common question that I get is: How often should I train with you?

I’ve found that my clients fit into one of two groups:

Clients that only workout when I’m with them and clients that workout with me, in addition to doing their own workouts.

If you’re only workouts are with me, then you would need to train more often to reach your goals. However, if you’re doing your own workouts, in addition to personal training, then you will not need to train with me as frequently. I will provide a detailed workout summary for you to do on your own:)

Going to the gym can be a disheartening experience to say the least. We often fight traffic, weather and ourselves just to get to a crowded, unhygienic and intimidating gym. Save time and energy by personal training in the comfort of your own home. All I require is a small amount of space and I always bring my own equipment. Now there’s one less excuse not to exercise!

30 min session – $60


Each 1 hour session – $75

Partner Training

Workout with a partner and share the cost!
1 session – $47.50/person

Small Group Training

Workout with 3-5 friends!
1 session – $45/person

Small group personal training is a unique way for people to benefit from personal training in a cost effective manner. Your group may be made up of friends, colleagues, or even people with similar training goals or interests.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel, please give me at least 24 hours notice. This will allow me to offer your spot to another client. Last minute cancellations will be charged for the full session missed.
